Rustin Strubhar, Attorney at Law

Rustin J. Strubhar is an experienced litigator who has represented leading corporations and individuals in a variety of industries, in both state and federal court, as well as various arbitration and administrative forums. Mr. Strubhar has concentrated his practice in the litigation of insurance disputes, commercial and business transactions, healthcare and product liability laws. His practice regularly involves class action litigation, and covers a wide range of business and commercial matters, including litigation relating to insurance bad faith, construction disputes, oil and gas, mortgages, and real estate transactions.

Mr. Strubhar is admitted to practice in all state courts in Oklahoma, as well as the United States District Courts for the Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He is a member of both the Oklahoma and American Bar Associations as well as the Oklahoma and Canadian County Bar Association.

Mr. Strubhar previously served for over 19 years as an attorney with Crowe & Dunlevy, where he was a shareholder and director of that firm, and served on the Business Acceptance and Ethics Committees. Additionally, he has served as a member of Oklahoma Lawyers for Children, which provides representation and assistance for children in the Juvenile Division of the Oklahoma County District Court. He has lectured on appellate procedures regarding parental termination cases, and has given healthcare seminars.

Mr. Strubhar received his Bachelor of Science at Oklahoma Baptist University, where he graduated with a Chemistry Degree in 1990. He received his Juris Doctorate at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he graduated with honors in 1993. While a student at OU, he was elected to the prestigious Order of the Coif, and was featured in the Oklahoma Law Review.
